Bethany is a New York based Senior Designer and Director with 12+ years of experience leading brand systems from concept through execution. Bethany works across identity, packaging, print, digital, production and campaign design, building cohesive creative that aligns strategy with business goals.
She has worked across agency, in-house, studio, and startup environments, creating a holistic understanding of how design drives growth. Projects Bethany has led have received industry recognition, and she has been honored individually with an AIGA design award for her work.
Outside of work, Bethany is usually running (training for her 4th World Major Marathon), hiking, or cooking something ambitious. She’s inspired by movement, discipline, and craft, the same principles she brings to work.
